This is usually a phone call followed by a home visit to establish a sense of the project and chemistry between designer and client.
Once we understand the scope of the project, we will provide you with an estimate of hours we believe will be needed to accomplish the job. This would be approved by you before moving forward.
Once the budget has been established, we will provide you with a customized contract outlining the full scope of the project . You will be billed for an initial block of time and billed monthly thereafter.
We will begin designing your space and pulling all of the elements together for your project.
We will meet with you to present the full design plan including room schematics, visuals of furnishings, lighting, accessories, artwork and window treatments. Physical samples of fabrics, carpet, wall coverings, paint swatches and wood finishes will be presented as well. At this time we would tweak any of the design elements.
If construction is part to the project, we will meet with the builder, remodeler and construction crews on an on-going basis to assure the project runs smoothly and all materials used are the ones specified and executed as outlined in the plan.
We will order all furnishings, accessories and artwork and assure their timely arrival as well as oversee the delivery and inspection of all items. We will order all fabrics and trims for custom window treatments and bedding and oversee the production of these items, assuring our high quality standards are met. Details Interiors will oversee the delivery and full installation of all furnishings, artwork and accessories allowing you to walk in and see the completed brand new space we’ve created just for you.
